ORDERING BY PHONE:

If you are using a credit card, please have your credit card number and expiration date handy. We will need your address and shipping address (if different). We will also need your home phone number and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. To protect our customers from fraud, all orders are subject to verification procedures. If we can not reach you to verify your order, there could be a shipping delay.

ORDERING BY MAIL

Mail your order to GalleryChuma.com, 43 John Street, Charleston, SC 29403. Please PRINT your name, address and phone number. If paying by credit card, please indicate billing and shipping addresses, credit card number, expiration date, home and daytime phone numbers, and sign your order. If paying by check, please be sure to include the appropriate shipping charges. South Carolina State residents must include applicable sales tax, unless an exemption or resale certificate is on file with us.

METHOD OF PAYMENT    

CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club and Carte Blanche. Credit card orders must include all information as it appears on the credit card account: CARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, NAME OF CARDHOLDER, BILLING ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER.

CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS: We accept certified checks or bank checks, as well as personal checks with bank-imprinted name, and money orders. Checks must be in U.S. funds, and drawn on a U.S. bank. Allow additional two weeks, if paying by personal check.

C.O.D.: Due to the delicate nature of framed art, we do not ship any framed art C.O.D.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

CAREFULLY unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the enclosed art. Do NOT throw away ANY of the packaging materials, until you are sure you want to keep the order. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS with the order, please call immediately at 843-722-7568 during normal business hours.

If it is necessary for you to return any merchandise, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

We extend a hassle free 14-day customer satisfaction Guarantee on purchases made online at gallerychuma.com. We realize you may have questions about buying art you only saw on a monitor. We are confident about the quality of our art, so we offer you a no questions asked 100% return policy guarantee. If any damage occurs during transit contact the gallery and we will file a claim and replace your damaged order or refund your order.

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM GALLERYCHUMA.COM:

  1. Notify us by calling (843) 722-7568, and obtain an authorization number for the item you wish to return.
  2. You may return an item for any reason within 14 days from date of receipt, after calling for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.
  3. The return delivery will be at your cost and the art must be returned in excellent condition. Certificate of authenticity if applicable must be returned before any refund is given.
  4. Returned packages must be sent prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused.
  5. Credit can be given only for items that we receive. Therefore, to avoid any complications, please be sure that you insure your return shipment.

ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE TERMS OF GALLERYCHUMA.COM RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MININUM 15% CHARGE, IF ACCEPTED.
